Anxiety and overthinking problem
Hi i have a anxiety problem, very low confidence in public, feeling of fear from some peoples. Always have a feeling of fear from peoples near around dont know may its due to the peoples near around me or its me, Yesterday i just woke up with fear because of high pitch voice of my neighbour, Everyday i strt with negative thoughts ,i soend my whole night in day dreaming I have made virtual world around which has everything i need and i waste my whole time into that virtual world I feel haapiness only when booze with my friends but i feel peace but not happiness i use to be very talktative n joyful person but after moving to delhi i feel very depressed. Overthinking is also problem in me peoples search for happiness i looking for sad things in particular things. Day by day i am getting negative, But normal from outside.

I don't say u r having any illness but it's the feature of that personality which makes uncomfortable in various situations. We can do the personality evaluation.
