If you are suffering from anxiety and depression, than i must say you, we can address these two with minimum medications or without medications, through psychological interventions. If the intensity of the symptoms are severe than you must ask your psychiatrist about the medications and their respective side effects. A clinical psychologist can also guide you on this.
