I've been suffering from post traumatic disorder since 2 years as I got married at early age and victimised by my husband with physical and mental violence.I was given sleeping pills and antidepressants to keep myself calm & relaxed. After few months I tried to live without medicines. I'm not taking any medicines now but I'm also unable to control my anger and i just can't keep calm and relaxed I'm just 22 so I don't wanna depend on medicines and I'm deceived by many of my relatives &people I tr
