I have had anxiety issues for the past 2 years, maybe more. I did see a few counsellors to deal with it. I then fell into depression and over hte past few months, both my depression and anxiety were severe. I did not and was not able to see a doctor during this time. I am now more stable than the past 2-3 months. I can sleep during the night and I manage to talk to a few people. But I haven't been able to go back to full productivity and I can feel the issues still under the surface, ready to erupt any moment. I need and I am willing to get help but I am afraid of which counsellor or therapist to seek. Though all my past counsellors have been very helpful, I don't like any of them now and am afraid I won't like any new counsellor or a therapist even.
