My wife is a very short tempered person and she always try to be isolated from others she gets disturbed for that things which might not going to happen no interest in anything,always thinking,mood swings is very frequent with her,excess sweating evrytime laziness and dullness mood and frequent headaches,plzz suggest what kind of diagnosis c need
