Anus cramps

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My anal fissure is completely healed. But still sometimes I feel sharp sudden pain and cramps in anus for a few seconds almost 4,5 times a day. Why is it happening so? Also I have a tiny external hemorrhoid I only feel during wiping after bowel otherwise it's small. I do sitz bath 2 times a day, apply GTN + xyloaid and tronolene cream. Why still the sharp cramps sometimes?
