I just started taking 10mg escitalopram oxalate , I'm on day 6. I was wondering if I am able to drink with these. I'm a college student, it's homecoming and I want to get drunk with my friends. Should I completely stop taking them or drink with them ?

Please consult your psychiatrist. I would suggest not to stop medications as well as not drinking. However it is best to approach the doctor who has prescribed the medicines to you. If the medicines are for depression all the more reason not to drink currently until you are better.
