Antibiotics side effects in babies
Hello,
My baby is 9 months old and 8 kgs.
She has been suffering from moderate fever for the past 5 days. I gave her dolo drops initially, but her fever used to reduce and come back after a few hours.
After visiting the doctor yesterday, he prescribed calpol syrup if fever exists and cepodem 100 for 5 days.
Her fever has reduced now, but she is passing watery stools and also has small red bumps on her face and hands. Should we proceed with the antibiotics for 5 days.
