Kindly suggest me a good anti biotic soap for fistula. After pus culture organism isolated is klebsiella species.
Surgery completed four days ago thru Practo surgeries.
Kindly suggest one good soap
Also suggest me regarding severe headache after spinal anaesthesia. Since now it is not reducing while standing or sitting.
