Anterior anal cut

Asked for Male, 21 Years

No constipation and no straining during BM, eat fiber and healthy diet. I got posterior anal fissure last year and now I got a cut outside the anterior side of anus. No pain/burning during BM this time. I don't know why it's happening. What should I do?
