Since last 1 month I am having pain in my left leg. The pain is in a bone left side to my ankle. The pain is somewhat 10 -12 cm up the ankle. I m quite sure I didnt had sprain or any injury. Also the pain worsens after jogging or walk. Any advice regarding this will be helpful.
Thanks.

Downward dog yoga stretch
Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
The pain is mostly coming from the bone as you said
The most common reason for such a pain if you are a regular jogger could also be shin pain which usually happens in people who jog or practice for marathon regularly on hard concrete surface which is usually the case in India
So I would suggest to stop jogging and running for few days and see if the pain stops
You May require Calcium and vitamin d supplements
So I would suggest to also take X-rays and check your vitamin d and vitamin b12 levels and consult a local doctor
If pain is persisting inspite of rest I would suggest to see a doctor immediately
