Hi! Yesterday I spent 14 hours of walking up, down, and all around a VERY hilly campus. When I woke up this morning I could barely walk. I painfully endured 6 more hours of walking these hills with my group today. It hurts to put pressure on it, only hurts in the front of my ankle though, like its a muscle. Should i go to a Dr. or wait it out?

You have overused and strained your toe lifting muscles. Probably due to over pronation of your feet. Apply ice pack over the outer side of leg below knee and ankle.
Rest for atleast a day.
Ice pack shall be applied for atleast 20 minutes with a napkin wrap.
Still if pain persisits- visit a physio and you shall be fine in 20 minutes.
Next Steps
Check your foot posture, get it corrected if faulty.
