Don't ignore ankle oedema. It is usually indication of serious illness like heart, liver or kidney disease. It can also occur by prolonged standing or trekking in normal individual. As you mention breathing issue as well and BP raised, most likely it is your heart if you don't drink alcohol. Routine tests are paramount. CBC, LFT, serum protein, KFT, NtProBNP, blood sugar fasting, HbA1c, ECG, 2D Echo, Urine routine, TSH are at least needed.

This combination needs proper evaluation. Ankle swelling with breathlessness and raised BP may indicate cardiac, renal, or endocrine cause. This is not suitable for online treatment only. Immediate advice: Get BP rechecked properly Blood tests: RFT, LFT, urine routine, ECG, thyroid profile Reduce salt intake Leg elevation Do NOT self-start BP medicines Red flag: Sudden severe headache + numbness please visit emergency Please consult a General Physician urgently. You can consult me via Practo.
