It’s a good thing you’ve realised that you need to do something about it. First of all, no matter how stubborn the girl is, I hope you realise that she’s an individual with her own set of thinking and choices. You don’t have to try so hard to make her do things that you want or you feel are right. Learn to let go and accept people’s choices and decisions like a mature human being. Hitting her is out of the question and definitely not acceptable no matter how much trouble you’re having with anger control. Visit a psychologist so that they can help you channelise your anger better and assist you in rationalising situations so you don’t get angry.
