Aneurysmal bone cyst
Receny mri of my knee shown a aneurysmal bone cyst, Will that go away on its own. I was given gemcal tablet, carnitine mecobalamin folic acid tablet, sodium hyaluronate tablet.I was advised to reduce activities like avoid staircase,long standing and not to put starin on my knee. Upon doing so will the cyst grow ? I don't play sports all I do is walking I walk on average 5kms in a day and use stair case four times My parents are saying this came all beacuse of my daily activities walking a way too much I want to start exercise but because of this cyst I'm worried that I should not do anything that puts stress and I'm going on with activities daily is this okay or do I need to take rest completely? I m working professional

Aneurysmal bone cyst is not going anywhere. Very rarely the cyst converts back into bone, very rare scenario. Remember ABC also have malignant potential, also it makes bone rpine to fractures etc on fall.
