Edema in knee with cyst inside. Avoided!

I have a aneurysmal bone cyst of size 23*10*16mm in my right knee this report was taken june 2020 and also my right leg knee is swollen right leg from calf to ankle. I thought I have some kidney stone or something but it's not itseems doctor confirmed and recently I have see there are some pumping machines that can be used to reduce edema that I have. Can I use that pumping machine to reduce the swelling or is that any lymphatic problem as I got some painless lump behind my ear lobe three years back twice. Below are attached reports. I'm about to start going to gym to strengthen my legs n for weight loss as well. Could you please provide some suggestions on this or anything to be avoided regarding theth activities or food. Sometimes I feel holding sensation and sometimes I get this pulling sensation my body type is very heat body my parents say that your body type is vata so you and I lead a sedan try lifestyle due to work from home and my current wt is 63kgs, ht is 5ft 2in
