Androgenic Alopecia grade 3

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have just undergone FUE hair transplant and have been toldto take Minoxidil and Finasteride. I am fine using Minoxidil but should I use Finasteride as I am only 20 and am scared of developing its side effects of erectile dysfunction and loss of libido. The doctors have told me that if I don’t use Finasteride I will not be able to delay my hair loss for long. What should o do ?

Take finasteride. You are suffering from hormonal changes causing androgenetic alopecia.. treatment depends on the grade of hair loss..it has got seven grades.so, medicine depends on the grade..it's possible to get the hair growing back by Medicine..not to worry...even baldness can be made normal... send photos of your scalp for proper diagnosis and treatment.
