Iam suffering from androgenic alopecia.. My Dr prescribed me minoxidil5 & finastride1mg along with biotin and calcium supplement namely (extend Forte). And duncare shampoo 2%..my question is whether this bunch of medicines will helpful to me in androgenic alopecia..

Greetings - your doctor seems to have given you a very standard set of medicines that are commonly used for androgenetic alopecia and most of these medications are FDA approved for treating andro gentetic alopecia. SO please do go ahead and take these as advised, If you have had no reduction in hair fall in the months to come, its worth paying your doctor a visit as per schedule and also consider treatments like PRP therapy. hope this helps
