I was told by psychologist to once give a try for anal sex after my councelling sessions as per my issues.
But the thing is I never have done this before and I have a situation that my anal Lower area has become narrow , I had two time both open and laser surgery done for external and internal hemorrhoids and fissure.
And I still have symptoms. What should I do ?

Any surgery in the anal verge produces scarring causing minimal narrowing of the opening.
Better not to indulge in any anal intercourse as it might cause superficial mucosal injuries which will take time and more efforts (in the form of sitz bath, ointments and laxatives) to heal.
Try to have further discussions regarding this difficulty with your consulting psychologist and to come up with other means of therapy.
