I normally get mild cramps in my vagina before my periods always
Right now it's 6 days left for my period
Sometimes I get weird pain in anus that lasts 2 3 seconds and goes away
It is happening since 2 days
Can I get anal cramping as my periods approach
I read online it's called proctalgia fugax and it's normal
