  4. Anal fissures pain. Will it help me.

I'm having suffering from Anal fissures pain n burning sensation since 5 days but there is no blood in my stool.plz prescribe some good medication for my anal fissures pain.Can I  take Ceftum 500 mg.will it help me.

Ceftum is an antibiotic...That won't help in subsiding the pain....
