I fo have gissures which dstrbng me dese days a lot. Neither i cn sit or sleep or eat. Havibg huge prblm in passing stool. As well as sibce last 2-3 m facing bit infection in my genetical area. Whenever i am passibg urine, i am facing unbearable buring in nearby area. Constipation is also thr major nd starting reason for that. Please help as i m in big prblm.
