I have been suffering with anal fissure from 2 years.The pain is horrible and some liquid is discharging from anal. I had treatment in homeopathy and it was cured for few days. later on the pain came back now. i was unable to sit for few minutes. please suggest best treatment or doctor in hyderabad.
