Anal fissure
I had a cut in the anal region while passing stool due to constipation. Now I am bleeding while passing the stool from 5 days. I bought constipation under control but bcoz of wound, the bleeding is still continuing..I am taking sitz bath 2 times/day and applying smuth ointment after that. Taking lactulose solution (Duphalac) during night 20 ml. Please suggest me on what should I do to heal the wound? Can I go on complete liquid diet for at least 15 days? Because of this fissure should I suffer for lifetime. Can it be brought back to normal ?

Sitz bath is the most important thing. To sit in warm water in sitz bath tub for 15 minutes atleast 4-5 times for a week then twice a day
