Got ir pain n concern though it's unfortunate but common in monsoon and surely it's result of stomach upset since long and it's good u had consulted ur dr it used to happen ....
Though medicines cure but after examination n individual approach so now 2 -3 weeks u suffered plz seek support at authentic Ayurveda ksharsutra expert or surgeon.... Till then lots of warm Buttermilk and seitz bath for 20-30 min by application of Coco oil or cream
