Anal fissure
I am having anal fissure,after passing stool in morning do i have to put finger inside anal and clean it through the fissure part or just cleaning from outside with water without putting finger inside anal will be enough?
Note; i have been successfully treated for anal fistula surgery last year

No need to clean it from inside. Just cleaning it externally will help
Though see to it that what you clean should be thorough enough
