  3. Anal fissure. Passing stool. with pain!

Hi my age is 30, last week got anal fissure, post laproscopy operation I got constipation and blood in stool. Doctor suggested cremaffin syrup in night time and cremaffin 2% gel to apply. Now blood stopped but more pain. I started drink more water, fruits,veg. My question is How long it will take to cure.. Sometimes I feel more pain. 3 times in morning am passing stool.. With pain
