Anal fissure
Hi My husband has chronic anal fissure( position 6 o clock as mentioned in his report). He was given calcium dobesilate once a day and ulcoat to apply on affected area. It stopped bleeding in a week and did not recur for almost 3 months. Now it has started bleeding again, not continuously. But once or twice a week. He is drinking plenty of water and avoiding oily and spicy food altogether. But it is bleeding intermittently. Should the medication be started again? P.s We have been drinking dry ginger drink prepared at home to boost immunity. Could it be a reason?
