Anaemia and headache
My mom has been diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia. Her haemoglobin level is 8. Serum iron is 13. TBIC is 470. She had started treatment yesterday. Whenever she goes to market or has a tiring day she gets headache. It goes away taking a nap. She also gets fatigued easily. How long will it take for these symptoms to disappear? Treatment was started yesterday.

Take good diet,avoid much exertion
Take rest between work.
In about 2-3 week she will feel some improvement . But do not stop treatment without dr advice.
