Am i suffering from Hairy leukoplakia?

First and last i sexed 3 years back (anal sex) with a guy not proper sex try to penetrate but penetration not done. I tested for all the Std ..from different labs. just do rapid test( card test) hiv, hbsag, hbv all are negative. someone told me it can takes maximum  10 years for detectable antibodies for someone. Is that true? Its seems that my tongue is white. white hairy pappliles are on the tongue. checkitout i send you an attachment. Is it oral hairy leukoplakia? i have white hairy pappliles with red pappliles on the top of tongue which doesn't go away i used many mouthwash but nothing happens. my teeth are also blunt so sometimes it hurts my tongue. If it is not hairy leukoplakia so what it is?
