Do u have any addictions? If yes, did u discontinue it? Your teeth js sharp, grinding is required, leukoplakia is a pre malignant lesion, if it increases of persist even after 3 months, then biopsy is needed, lymph node examination also required

You have sharp teeth. First get your sharp teeth grinded properly and wait for 14 days before the ulcer goes off
