Am I still have drug resistant?

I want to ask if I still have drug resistant...coz actually doctor I feel so better now and before have small wounds like pimples in my face,arm,ang feet..but now it turns to scab the scars are slowly fading too... And i gained weight from 43 kilos to 59 kilos so i can say that my immune system is working properly..I just want to make sure that i dont have anymore a drug resistant. Please respond. Thank you
