Passing a drug test after meth use

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I injected about .3g of meth cut with baby laxative over a period of a night on Monday night, and last injected a portion of it around 7am on Tuesday morning, I then found out I had to take a drug test by Friday at 215pm , should I be worried
