Am i having typhiod

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have done cbc+esr because of reaccuring fever and headache it was normal but esr was 71mm/hr so i have done widal test reults are typhi O (1:80) positive and typhi H is (1:80) positive and typhi BH (negetive) typhi AH (negetive) i dont have fever nothing now i am good no head ache also sometimes i feel tired thats it should i worry?pls suggest what is next step??
