Am are having pain in abdomen since 3wee

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Am having abdomen pain since last 3 week, according Dr. Refer we did most of the report as like USG, blood test, stool test and urine test. But nothing found so now according to Dr. Advise we are going to do endoscopy. So can you suggest is that good way to find the reason of pain. Thank you shika
