Always phelgm in the throat
I have phelgm in the throat all the time which cause irritation and bad odour in breath. And the color of the phelgm is white or cloudy. And i think due to this phelgm i get spit all the time. And phelgm increases when i eat meat or when wake up from sleep of nap. Most of the time i can spit it out but sometimes it i cant. The phelgm get stuck in rhe throat. So i just want to know how to remove that phelgm.

Phlegm may be bcoz of postnatal drip from sinusitis..for bad odor in breath do dilute betadine gargle twice a day..do one line consultation for further treatment
