Alternative face wash

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I'm a 19 year old , female, my face skin is dry, and before I never used any face wash for it, just soap. I was later prescribed La Roche-Posay Effaclar Hydrating Cleansing Cream by a dermatologist followed by application of Nourish cream for my face. Now the face wash isn't available in any of the stores in Bangalore and I urgently need an alternative solution as I'm leaving town today for work and my doctor is unavailable today. Can I use cutiwash foaming face wash instead? ( I will go to my Dermat after returning from my trip that is 10days. I'm going to a cold country, so I'm worried about more dry skin) please help.
