Hello Doctor,
I have small small bald patches all over my head. Say like more than 7 spots but they are small. I noticed the first spot 10 years back but it didn't grow back.
I didn't consult anyone. I just wanted to know what causing this and can it be prevented? I'm so scared.

It's an autoimmune condition. It can be aggravated by stress. It is treatable. So don't worry. There are creams and tablets for it. Kindly consult online with relevant photographs for proper assessment and treatment.
