A small round patch of hair loss like this is commonly seen in alopecia areata, which can occur due to autoimmune factors, stress, or underlying medical conditions. Since you are also undergoing hematopathy treatment, it is important to evaluate it carefully.
Next Steps
✔️ Avoid scratching or irritating the patch ✔️ Maintain good nutrition and manage stress I would recommend an online consultation with me so I can review clearer images and guide you with the appropriate treatment plan.
Health Tips
In many cases, hair regrowth is possible with timely treatment, so early evaluation is helpful.

A small round patch of hair loss on the scalp is commonly seen in conditions such as Alopecia Areata, which is an autoimmune type of hair loss. It usually appears as a well-defined circular patch without scarring, and many patients notice it suddenly. The good news is that this condition is usually treatable and hair can regrow with proper treatment.
Next Steps
You can consult me online with clear close-up photos of the patch, and I can guide you regarding the exact diagnosis and the best treatment options to help restore hair growth.
Health Tips
In many cases, early treatment gives faster regrowth, so it is better not to delay evaluation.
