Allergy on legs and shoulders

Asked for Male, 59 Years

Hi, my father is having some allergy. Three days back it started on legs and created like red big patches. Slowly it came to shoulders. We Consulted a dermatologist, he said it's allergy no problem and gave some medicine for 5 days. But no use. Slowly it is spreading back side too. Please help or suggest to whom we need to consult.
