For skin you may use kaishore guggul instead of kachnaar guggul but try to avoid self medication and consult with ayurvedic doctor.

Thanks for your question. You’re 29, female, and recently experiencing **skin allergies on knees, palms, and neck** — this pattern often points to **Pitta-Kapha imbalance** (inflammation + immune reaction under the skin). But **Kanchanara Guggulu is not the right choice** here. --- ### 🚫 Why Not Kanchanara Guggulu? * **Kanchanara Guggulu** is primarily used for: * Lymph node swellings * Thyroid imbalances * Tumors or fibroids * PCOD, cysts, glandular issues 👉 It has **Tikta-Katu (bitter-pungent)** and **Guggulu (hot)** nature which can **worsen skin inflammation or allergy** if Pitta is already high. --- ### ✅ What to Use for Skin Allergy (Ayurvedic Approach) Here’s what will help **specifically for allergic rash, itching, or redness**: #### 1. ******Vati** – 1 tab twice daily after meals 🔹 Detoxifies liver and blood 🔹 Reduces skin inflammation and allergy #### 2. ******** – 1 tsp with warm water or milk, twice a day 🔹 Anti-allergic, safe for long use 🔹 Contains turmeric and cooling herbs — excellent for chronic urticaria, itching #### 3. ******Capsules or Powder** – 1 cap twice daily (or 1 tsp powder in water) 🔹 Purifies blood and prevents recurrence #### 4. ******Kwath** – 10–15 ml twice daily with warm water 🔹 Helps remove deep-rooted skin toxins, especially for discoloration or chronic spots --- ### 🧴 Local Application * **Apply ****Oil or **** Taila** on affected areas after bath and at night. * For **itching**, apply ******+ rose water paste** on irritated skin for 20 mins. --- ### 🍽️ Diet Tips **Avoid for 2 weeks:** * Sour, spicy, fried, fermented foods * Milk + citrus together * Curd, brinjal, shellfish (if non-veg) **Include:** * Moong dal khichdi, lauki, parwal, turmeric, coriander * Amla juice or aloe vera juice in the morning --- ### When to See a Doctor * If allergy is spreading rapidly * If associated with fever or swelling * If no improvement after 10–14 days of above --- 💡 If you can share: * Nature of allergy (itching, redness, dry or weepy rash?) * Any recent food, cosmetic, or detergent change? * Your digestion or menstrual health status (it helps assess dosha) …I can give a more personalized suggestion. But avoid Kanchanara Guggulu in this case. Stick to anti-Pitta and Rakta-shodhana (blood-purifying) remedies instead. Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

What type of skin allergies you have on the parts you speak of, allergies are of many types and have different treatment options. You must see a doctor first , it could be some serious infection or any particular reactions except dermatitis or normal skin allergies. You can send the pictures of the area so that I can see what type of allergy it is.

Hi.. Kanchanara guggulu is not for skin issues. It's more for thyroid or immune related issues. Share pics and symptoms you experience for better treatment. Thank you.

Namaste, Kanchanara Guggulu is more suitable for glandular swellings and lymphatic issues, not for skin allergies. For skin allergy on knees, palms, and neck, better Ayurvedic options are: Arogyavardhini Vati Haridra Khanda Manjisthadi Kwatha Neem capsules or Guduchi for immunity Also, avoid sour, spicy, fermented foods. Use Nalpamradi oil or Eladi oil for external application if itching is present. Please consult me directly for a tailored plan.
