Namastey Long-standing Allergic Rhinitis with a very high Total IgE test level (3200) indicates a strong allergic predisposition (atopic tendency) of your immune system. It is important to be very clear here—no system of medicine can guarantee a 100% permanent cure in every case, because this condition is driven by how your immune system reacts to the environment. In Allopathy, treatment is highly effective for symptom control (antihistamines, nasal sprays, immunotherapy), but symptoms often return if triggers persist or treatment is stopped. In Homeopathy, the aim is long-term constitutional correction, but results are variable and require prolonged follow-up. In Ayurveda, the focus is on correcting the root imbalance—mainly Kapha-Vata dushti, Ama formation, and weakened Agni—along with strengthening immunity (Vyadhikshamatva). With proper and sustained treatment, Ayurveda can often reduce frequency, severity, and dependency on medicines significantly, sometimes leading to near-complete remission in well-managed cases. So practically, the goal should be long-term control and reversal of tendency, not an unrealistic instant permanent cure.
Next Steps
Given the chronicity (8 years) and high IgE, your condition requires a structured, stepwise management plan, not isolated remedies. In Ayurveda, this typically involves: Gradual detoxification (Shodhana) where suitable Correction of digestion and metabolism Strengthening respiratory immunity Long-term maintenance to prevent relapse Consistency is critical—irregular treatment or switching therapies frequently often leads to partial or temporary results. Health Tips
Your daily habits will strongly influence outcomes. Avoid known triggers like dust, pollen exposure, cold air, and sudden temperature changes as much as possible. Keep your environment clean, use masks when needed, and avoid sleeping directly under a fan or AC airflow. Diet should be Kapha-pacifying—avoid cold foods, curd at night, refrigerated items, and heavy, oily meals. Favor warm water, light meals, and spices that support digestion. Maintaining a strong digestive system is key in reducing allergic tendencies. Simple daily practices like steam inhalation, saline nasal cleansing (under guidance), and breathing exercises can help maintain airway health. Regular routine, adequate sleep, and stress control also play an important role in stabilizing immunity. With the right combination of medical guidance + disciplined lifestyle, many patients achieve significant and sustained relief, even in high IgE cases like yours. Thank you

There is cure in all of them but Ayurveda treats the root cause..Ayurveda can give long term control and near complete remission but "permanent cure" depends on many factors like..consistency of treatment, strict diet/ lifestyle, avoiding triggers..Ayurveda doesn't just suppress allergy,it retrains your immunity..Your high IgE(3200) levels shows your hypersensitive immune system..you can visit your nearest panchkarma Ayurvedic centre for long term control for your allergic rhinitis
Next Steps
start with Anu tail Nasya by putting 2..2 drops in each nostril in morning( preferably after steam inhalation)
Health Tips
Steam inhalation Tulsi ginger decoction

“Allergic rhinitis with very high IgE is a chronic hypersensitivity condition. No system can guarantee a ‘permanent cure’, but it can be effectively controlled. Allopathy helps in symptom control, while Ayurveda focuses on reducing recurrence by improving immunity and sensitivity over time. A combined and consistent approach works best. Please consult me so I can guide a personalized plan.”

Allergic rhinitis is a common condition, but its root cause can vary from person to person. Dear, I would request you to please share all the symptoms you are experiencing. This will help me understand your samprapti (disease pathway) and your condition in a much more detailed and accurate way. As per Ayurveda, allergic rhinitis is mainly associated with Pitta and Kapha dosha imbalance, along with toxin (Ama) accumulation in the body. For effective and long-lasting results, this condition requires a personalized treatment approach. I usually recommend committing to at least 6 months of treatment, as it helps address the root cause rather than just temporary relief. I prepare customized medicine combinations based on your body constitution (Prakriti) and specific condition, which has shown very good results in such cases. I would strongly suggest booking a consultation so I can guide you properly with a tailored treatment plan and follow-up.

Ayurveda can help you. Managing allergic rhinitis includes lot of dietary changes as well like avoiding diary products, avoiding late night dinner etc. Since it's a chronic issue you will need diet and lifestyle changes along with Panchakarma treatments and internal medicines.

1. Do Nasya daily — apply oil in both nostrils after taking a bath or before going out. 2. Always cover your face with a mask or a cotton cloth. 3. Take Vasaavleh daily — 1 teaspoon (TSF) at night. 4. The most effective medicine for allergic rhinitis is Haridrakhand — take 1 teaspoon in one glass of milk, boil it, and drink it once a day.
Health Tips
Whenever you go out in crowded places , dusty area or near smoky places always cover your face with cotton cloth or best is to wear a mask
