HI, I'm pregnant and my allergies have been bad for the past almost week. I've been sneezing everyday ALL DAY, I can't breathe. Nothing is helping! I tried Benadryl. I'm allergic to dust mites and my other half, recently changed the filter on our AC, which only made things worse. We really don't know what to do.. is there a safe nasal spray I could use? Or what would be the best thing I can do? Thank you so much

There is very limited medications which you can use during pregnancy. Safety profiles of steroid nasal sprays or even decongestant nasal drops during pregnancy is not proved and should be avoided as much as possible. You can use chlorphenaramine maleate for cold under observation and after consultation with your obstetrician
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist and obstetrician for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
