Severe allergy cough from last 4 years

I have been suffering from severe cough for the last 4 years. Doctors told me it may be an allergy cough. Sometimes the coughing becomes so intense that I even lose control of my bladder while sitting. I want to know if there is any allergy test that can help identify what exactly I am allergic to and how it can be treated.

You will have to elaborate more on your symptoms of skin allergies , hives , nasal discharge , sneezing Also seasonal changes and level of exposure to pollution has to be evaluated. Allergy cough could be due to hyper reflux issues as well .
