I am allergic to methylcobalamin and 7.5 weeks pregnant. My dr has not advised me to take folic acid tablet. Will my baby suffer from harm as I dont eat folic acid? What other food should i incorporate to make sure my baby is defect free and healthy

I hope you appreciate that nothing on this Earth happens to "everyone" even if subjected to similar conditions and environment. By not taking Folic acid you are subjecting  your unborn baby to a calculated risk, the baby may or may not suffer.
