Allergic rhinitis
I have nose choke, sneezing, eye discharge and iching, and dry throat and pain when I wake up in the morning, took a weak dose of prednisolone 10mg tablet (omnacoril) last month it got better for that month but is back from a few days.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Since your allergy seems to be suffering seasonal shorter course also may be sufficient. Don't take prednisolone without doctors advise as it can have other implications
