  4. All body pain 10weeks pregnancy. Or not?

All body pain 10weeks pregnancy
I m now 10 week 3 days pregnant near navel pain , abdominal pain ,back pain ,legs cramping n light headache... Not feeling well... As m on bed rest due to subchorionic hemoragge...plz advice its normal or not???
