When I drink whisky or beer my face become red and feeling BP high and recently faced a problem on my face and neck i.e., swelling.

Best thing to do here is to avoid alcohol and stop drinking. However I would like to inform you that there are many drugs which react with alcohol and acts adversly showing search symptoms such as yours. One of the drugs is metronidazole. So if you are on any kind of drugs then they might be the cause of such reaction to alcohol.
