Albumin trace in urine

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Done with urine test which shows albumin trace nd reaction acidic there are pus cells having account of 10-15/hpf also epithelial cells with count 2-3/hpf.i feel burning in urination and pelvic pain including pain on sides below the ribs.i had kidney stones of 2_3mm size

You probably have a urine infection.

Next Steps

Do urine culture test and start the following. 1. Plenty of fluids.. Approx 2 to 3 litre per day 2. Tab cefpodoxime 200mg - 1 tab twice daily for 5 days 3. Share urine culture report once its ready

Better to get gynae check up and ultrasound KUB to rule out pelvic inflammatory disorder and any stone disease respectively.
