After 85days of fissure surgery , I drink plenty of water and eat lots of vegetables inspite of that some days I had constipation.Today it was very difficult to pass stool. So I am little bit concerned. I felt littte bit paining when I passed stool. When it will fully recovered. Could u plz tell me when I can follow normal diet. I am feeling bored eating same type of food like vegetables no spicy food, no beverages, no fast food.

U need to start doing Sitz bath and regular physical exercise . U can take normal diet but should avoid constipation. For that you can take any laxative on Sos basis
